I have a problem with te login. Right after login i get a black and somethimes black purple screen. And when that happens i can’t do anything. Not even open te therminal. I hope someone can help.

While experimenting with various distro, I sometimes had graphics problems and my screen was black too after logon...
I could still switch virtual terminal and get in text mode: Virtual terminals can be accessed on an Ubuntu system by pressing Ctrl + Alt + F1 till F6 . To come back to the graphical session, press Ctrl + Alt + F7
