Help - WD Cloud Ican't delete some folders

    Hello,
My problem is simple. I can't write/delete some files in my WD Cloud.
But there are some folder that I can't modify/delete.
I tried access using nautilus to the folder, but It doesn't load the folder nautilus as root.
What can I do in order to solve what I explained?

I presume that you use nautilus as a file manager. If yes did you try the command
    sudo nautilus
to access the external hard drive?

Re: Help - WD Cloud Ican't delete some folders

Nautilus as root couldn't open the location. Also, adding my user to the group with read and write access to the folder was not a solution.
The only way I could delete the folder was using the online access to the WD Cloud.
I always solved any issue with permissions using chmod, but this is the first time It failed ( maybe It was me).
I think we can say the thread is SOLVED, but not using Ubuntu.
Thanks for your time, and if anyone asks the same thing, I would recommend forgetting using the OS and go straight to the WD Cloud app.
Thanks again, and have a fine day.
