Applications missing after upgrade to 20.04

Hello All.

No applications detected on the app pane and internal error generated after the upgrade.
Also cannot detect any installed apps on the software app.
I can only access to shortcuts previously created.

Any ideas on how to fix this error?

In files I can try to open a file but it does not recognize, returning the message:
"Unfortunately, the application/x-sharedlib file format you were searching for could not be found. Please see this website for more information"
