I believe I could do this a few years ago, but I forgot how to get it using Tiled Clones etc on Inkscape. Does anyone know how to get this effect? I found another person asking the same question and I'm going use the same image as a model for what I want to do with Inkscape. Any help is welcome! This is the effect (it doesn't need to be different objects as "fill" as long as it has variable sizes and rotations): Thanks!

I got the effect by using the Spray Tool and adjusting the Scale, Scatter, Apply over no transparent areas and other settings. You have to play with the settings until you get the desired results. I hope this helps someone!
