    Question Ubuntu 20.10 WiFi Problems

I Have a Dell Latitude E6500 4 GB Ram, Nvidia G98M [Quadro NVS 160M] Graphics Works good using proprietary driver 340.108 , Broadcom BCM4312 802.11 b/g LP-PHY (Wireless 1397 WLAN Mini-Card). Using Broadcom 802.11 Linux STA wireless driver from source from bmcwl-kernel-source (proprietary).
Have Ubuntu 20.10 Installed, along with Ubuntu 18.04, Ubuntu 20.04 on Different Partitions. Wifi Works Good with Ubuntu 18.04, 20.04, not so good with 20.10.
Wifi works on 20.10, with no Driver installed & Signal Strength is Weak, router is only 25 Ft away.
If I try to install the Driver Through Software & Updates I get this Message
"pk-client-error-quark: Error while installing package: installed bcmwl-kernel-source package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 6 (313)"

So i don't exactly know what is going on?
Any Help is Much Appreciated Thanks.
