Ubuntu 19.10 reaches end of live today. The problem may still exist in 20.04, but I suggest you get that installed anyway.
My Mistake I meant 20.10 Groovy Gorilla.

Then I suggest you report a bug. Groovy is not ready and not stable. If you are happy to stomach bugs and feature holes and want to report bugs to get the release ready for October then by all means use Groovy but don't expect a smooth ride.

If you want an OS that works then I suggest you wipe Groovy off and do a clean install of Focal (Ubuntu 20.04). This is LTS (Groovy is not LTS) and supported until April 2025Code:ubuntu-bug nautilus
Groovy is prerelease. Its not even in the alpha stages

This problem occurs with Groovy 20.10 not with 19.10, should be moved to the proper section and title changed.
