Yes, the default mouse and cursor theme for Ubuntu 20.04.

I'd like to change the mouse and cursor theme in Windows to the Ubuntu mouse and cursor theme.

I remember the theme was easily downloadable in the previous versions of Ubuntu, but now I can't seem to find anywhere to download it from.

You can download it from the linked page above, but you may need 7zip to extract the package in Windows. I don't know of an exe. There is a DMZ cursor pack for windows @ deviant art , but you need to have an account to download.
