Ubuntu Cinnamon Starts in Fallback Mode

Have Ubuntu 20.04 With Cinnamon DE Installed. It is Cinnamon Remix Flavor.
I do have Ubuntu 18.04.4 on another Partition Which is Stable, no Problems with 18.04. Ubuntu 20.04 Cinnamon Remix Seems to start in Cinnamon Fallback Mode Every other Boot. I either do Ctrl-Alt-F2 & login from tty2 & reboot & login to Cinnamon (Software Rendering) & reboot & login into Cinnamon Normally that way but does not always work. Any Help is Much Appreciated.
