    Forget about the screenshot for now and tell us what the problem is.

    What version of Ubuntu are you using, and which "flavour"; Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Xubuntu, etc?
    What are you trying to do?
    Is this the first reboot after installing the OS or is it any time when you try to reboot?
    Can you shutdown completely, ie, poweroff?

    So, you open a terminal and type "reboot" then <enter> and nothing happens, correct?
