20.04 - Old Apple MacBook - New Battery Only Charges To 69% ?

Hi,

Running current Ubuntu 20.04 LTS 64Bit on an old Apple MacBook notebook.
The notebook has a brand new battery installed.
When the charger is plugged into MacBook, Ubuntu reports battery at 100%.
When the charger is unplugged from MacBook, Ubuntu reports battery at 69%?

Any ideas?, thanks!

Is the battery genuine Apple? If so how do you know it's new?

Battery is refurbished.
Bought it on ebay.
