    Free font license

I'm making a new font. What license should my font have so that my font can easily be included in ubuntu and other distributions?

Look into SIL Open Font License.
    https://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/...id=nrsi&id=OFL

I'm sure there will be other options as well.

    To add:
If it were me doing it, I'd look into contacting the Debian font team,
    https://wiki.debian.org/Fonts/PackagingPolicy
as if you get it into Debian, it'll get pulled into Ubuntu and then all subsequent distributions.
And then maybe other non-Debian based distributions might also look at including it.
