my galaxy s7 service has been horrible with Verizon - android user overlap

I know this is a Ubuntu linux forum but I am sure there is great deal of android user overlap.

I was just wondering if any1’s phones have been acting funny over the past month or so. I live in LA / Inglewood & my galaxy s7 service has been horrible with Verizon. I actually just installed bitdefender to make sure everything is OK. I don’t know much about my android phone, I usually just call/text/google map/lyft/utube.
