how to unlock nvme login when the password is not working = (password error ). > if cant unlock password how can I reinstall if ssd is encrypted with password? In - addition when installing from grub and ask for installation type can you encrypt drive with out encrypting during install Im not a fan of in-putting a password or should I say key when booting up OS?

Passwords wouldn't be useful if they were easily bypassed, would they?
Reinstalling is always possible even if the drive is fully encrypted. The purpose of drive encryption is to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive data, it doesn't prevent partitions from being deleted.
Drive encryption is optional.
