sddm(kde) sustaining alphabets, from pre-install config. Bug or else ?

I experienced this strange behavior. With installer(Ubiquity) if I select a time zone suppose, Berlin/Tokyo/Riyadh & a system language e.g US_en, thereafter change the post-install settings i.e region, numbers, time (only) etc formats to any other languages(suppose UK_en); the SDDM login screen will still show the Berlin/Tokyo/Riyadh region, numbers, time formats. After every logout & reboot you see this but a lock screen & system sleep would not affect it.

But never happened with Ubuntu Gnome. I am on Ubuntu & Kubuntu 20.04 editions. One can try oneself to be sure.

Is it a bug or I am doing mistake somewhere ?

Have you set the "regional formats" to the new language as well, or just the system's language?

Yes, after installation I have changed the regional formats with new languages only with GUI settings.

What causing this problem ?
