post count not acurate

i've posted way more than 10 posts but my post count on my activity says i posted 6.
how does the counts work?
i want to edit my profile already lol

The post count only includes posts is support areas of the Forums. It does not count posts in the Cafe or Chat areas of the Forums.

A word of warning: Do not make pointless or hollow posts in the support areas of the Forums. We will treat that as spam -- which generally means the imposition of a ban.

Take constructive part in the support areas of the Forums and you will reach 10 posts in due time. Make pointless posts and you won't.
