I would like to buy a USB 3 to HDMI Adapter which works on Ubuntu (20.04) Windows

I have Plugable USB3 to HDMI Adapter (UGA-2KHDMI) (Linux is not supported and I don't see an effort) but I develop more and more on Linux and need to buy a USB to HDMI Adapter which works on Linux (Ubuntu 20.04) and Windows and MAC . If I have to exclude one platform to buy an adapter I would choose MAC if that helps. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks, Jay

    Welcome.

UGA-2KHDMI has a DisplayLink DL-3500 Chipset under the hood. DisplayLink has drivers for Ubuntu.
