same here with Dell G7 I7+GTX2060, no card detected. It was working on 18.04. Additionnaly, on dell latitude 7260 so only Intel HD graphics, big issues with second monitor wich is not recognize in parameters. So il y a bien quelque chose de pourri avec ce noyau ^^
