    Problem with 2 monitors

I have 2 monitors: a Benq and an Acer. The Benq is the bottom monitor and the Acer is above it. The Benq (bottom) is the one that I want as the main monitor. I am running Xubuntu 20.04 and an RTX 2070 GPU.

No matter what I try, the top dock appears on the upper monitor and all the icons appear on the bottom monitor. I would like the dock to be on the bottom monitor along with the icons. How can I do that?

Interesting thing that I just found:

If I lie to the setup screen and tell it that the monitors are side by side, I have everything on one screen like I wanted. However, you have to slide the cursor off of the right side on the first screen to get to the top screen. Kinda weird, but I guess that I can live with that if I have to.

    What have you tried?

    - Changing the cables?
    - Editing the displaying settings?
    - Logging out and back in or rebooting?
    - Manually moving the panels?
