My Laptop Suddenly has slow wifi connection

Hi, This is my first time posting a thread here please be good to me.

Unfortunately, my Ubuntu OS has a much slower connection compared to my Windows OS with 2.4ghz connection.
I've tried several solutions that I've encountered on the internet, some of them had solved the problem but after rebooting the computer
