Lubuntu 19.10 No Windows Keyboard Shortcut

Hi, i am new on Lubuntu and i wanted to know how can i bind the Windows key (aka Meta key) to move the window, like when i press Meta+Right the window goes to the right, equal as win10 or Ubuntu.
I tried change the rc.xml file but nothing changed.

19.04 support ended in January. First, you should move/install a supported release.
Because 19.04 has already ended, moving to a supported release will be much more difficult. I would just backup my data and do a fresh install. 19.10 or the 20.04 beta which will become the LTS in a few days. Normal patching will bring it up to the LTS with 3+ yrs of support.

Moving from LTS to LTS is best for people like you and me. 20.04 ---> 22.04.

Sorry i wrote my old version on the title, i updated my system yesterday, but i think that i gonna put the 20.04 now.
