HELP!!! (Hope this is the right place to ask)

    Hello everyone,

I hope this is the right place to ask this question. My grandchildren (5 and 7) or out of school for the rest of year (I know your shocked, right lol)

Anyway I was hoping to find something I could download to help Mom out. I see that Edubuntu has ended, that's very sad seeing as it would be perfect right now.

I normally run Mint but can't seem to find anything there.

So I was wondering if anyone can direct me to something that would work.

If I installed Ubuntu does it have repository like Edubuntu that I could add?

Or does Ubuntu already have educational packages?

While I am waiting for an answer I am going to play with the live CD some.

    TIA

    James

I searched the internet with the search string 'linux for children' (without quotes) and found several interesting current Linux distros, that you can download and test.

Example: 8 Linux Distros Kids Can Experiment With In 2019

    Good luck
