As the title says I am having trouble with an ancient A4Tech PK-7MA webcam on Ubuntu 19.10. lsusb gives Bus 003 Device 003: ID 09da:3613 A4Tech Co., Ltd. USB Device. I found https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1315760 but the link http://linuxtv.org/hg/~jfrancois/gspca/ is dead now. I was unable to find the package on the Internet.

Edit: The correct ID is 0ac8:303b Z-Star Microelectronics Corp. ZC0303 Webcam Apologies!
Edit 2: The webcam works with LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libv4l/v4l1compat.so cheese but does not work with same command and skype.
