Your experience about PS4 remote play via "Chiaki"

Hey guys.
Does anybody of you have the experience of working with chiaki? Is it safe to remote play PS4 via it at all? Or what system requirements does it needs to remote play without lagging?
Unfortunately there is not much about this software on the Internet yet.

Maybe because Internet speed really matters.
Do you know by any chance whether this software uses computer hardware (like cpu, graphic and ... ) or not. Because I got a poor laptop! and wanna try chiaki on it.

The app image opens on my laptop and there is no content though I discovered the login settings. Looks like it needs a pin/account.

Actually you need a script. That script will let you login to your PSN account and then shows you the necessary information to fill those empty fields out. Check here
