Superblocks and inodes corruption (Please HELP!)(Critical)

Hi,

After some unfortunate mistakes, I might have corruped the fs metadata on my data lvm.
I'd very much appreciate if anyone with skills on superblocks, inodes and ext4 to take the time to read through the issue and recommend a way forward.

Short version: I shrank the lvm before the fs and got a superblock / inode inconsistency.
Tried to repair with make2fs -S but didn't work and not sure if it made it worse.
I don't know the best way forward to recover the fs. Advice is highly appreciated.
