    The release schedule remains unchanged.

Of course this can be changed at any time depending on the pandemic evolution.

Just expressing my opinion here, as I'm not a Canonical employee, but I'm certain that being that the case they will put out an official announcement.

    Quoting from the UWN #623

Canonical managed services and Ubuntu support during COVID-19 outbreak

Mark Shuttleworth writes about how COVID-19 is expected to impact Canonical/Ubuntu’s support; in that it isn't. Due to the remote work environment already in place for most teams, there are minor impacts. Those who worked in offices are now also working from home. Finally Mark reminds us that it's a testing time, he provides links where updates will be provided, and where team members can be contacted.

    or the article I'm sourcing

    https://ubuntu.com/blog/canonical-ma...pport-covid-19

Work I've seen has continued without change, with a slight expectation I've seen expressed that more people may be testing 20.04 with the beta & testing week approaching, thus it maybe a great release.

Most devs work from home normally, however for releases many travel to Canonical headquarters; including a post-release trip to a local bar.... I suspect the all being in the office won't occur, nor the heading to the bar after release. Otherwise I don't expect any changes, and haven't seen any in any [irc] rooms I've been in. My 2c.
