Beeps while working with the computer

I have a problem that I don't know how to solve or know if it's serious.


My team with Ubuntu 18.04 from time to time emits a long beep, 2 short, 2 short .... it is not at the same time, nor when doing a certain job. There are days that it almost does not, and there are other days that it does every little.


I have changed the hard drives, I have cleaned the RAM processor, I have changed the graphics .... I have changed the power supply.


Original only the motherboard and RAM remain

Those are usually error codes from the motherboard. Please check your manual.


PS - When doing Google Translate do not use terms like "equipo" because it's typically translated to "team". Use "ordenador" instead.

Did some googling, seems this would be more of a hardware problem than an OS problem. This link was the closes I found. Seems like it might a bad sensor or a limit set wrong. https://forums.anandtech.com/threads...beeps.2033618/

The cmos battery can cause beeps as well. If battery is good than you may have a more severe hardware problem such as sensors or mobo clock.
