    Rhythmbox menubar

    Hi Group,

    Recently started using Ubuntu again.

Everything is working just fine except for Rhythmbox.
    I haven't got a menubar.

Any ideas on how to get it to show?

    So far, I've tried this

    gsettings set org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.xsettings overrides '{"Gtk/ShellShowsAppMenu":<0>}'

    And I've tried this.

    1. Install gnome-tweak-tool
    2. Select the tab labeled "Top Bar"
    3. Toggle "Show Application Menu".

    Any ideas?

There's no menu bar, there's a menu button.

This is the way just about all gnome applications are moving, or have moved since the move to gnome-3.

As far as I'm aware there is no way out of this, but once you get used to the change and learn to use the menu icon instead of the menubar it will quickly become easy to use; different but easy.

Alternatively, of course, you could move to a different DE version of the *buntu family, many of which still use menubars.
