    Old since BIOS boot, but shows how BIOS & Windows boots.

    Sorry, but I had forgot about this thread. I was able to fix it by switching from RAID to AHCI. Removing the CMOS was the culprit, and I forgot Dell uses RAID by default on the old optiplex's.
