    galp3 battery improvements?

My System76 drains a lot of battery, and I'm assuming it's due to the size of cells. Does anyone have experience with replacing their battery with a better one?

You may find a Clevo equivalent (assuming it's based on some Clevo barebone) but I doubt it'll be better.

I saw some in stock over by FSF endorsed Think Penguin.

I might see if they can get me a battery, but I was hoping someone with a galp3 could give me a recommendation.

I replaced one a year or so ago on a six year old System76 Pangolin(?). I searched using the Clevo part number; found an exact replacement. I think I paid about $45 for it on Amazon. Been working ever since.
    Cheers,

Oh cool, thanks for the advice. Would you say the performance improved or stayed the same?
