How to get tiles in file upload menu?

I'm using Ubuntu 18.04 with Firefox 73. In Nautilus, I have the settings set to show the tiles of my files. However, when I'm using Firefox and website wants me to upload a file or an image (or something), then the Nautilus-like window pops up showing only file names with no apparent way yo get tiles. When I single click the files, the preview shows up, but I want all the tiles to load in the Nautilus-like window.

That upload dialog is not part of Nautilus. It's the gtk file chooser. I don't think you can show thumbnails (what you are calling 'tiles') in that except for the preview pane.
