Does installing Ubuntu 20.04 daily builds require to reinstall Ubuntu 20.04 final when it's finally released or is it like a rolling release in theory?

Once installed you are running 20.04.
(Doesn't matter when it is installed, as long as the iso is for 20.04 (focal) and the installed repository sources are for focal)
Just keep running daily updates.

Don't mind me, I'm only passing through.
Once in a blue moon, I'm actually helpful.
I typically reinstall as there is a lot of cruft from all the updates.
Some of the updates are the same file but newer version or newer version with newer kernel.
Log files are large.
I do try to houseclean but just like to have a clean install.
I still have 18.04 as main working install and have 20.04 in another 25GB partition.
I still have 14.04 and 16.04 in their original main working install partitions. Will overwrite 14.04 with 20.04 once it is final and still have the test 20.04 to experiment with. Want to make sure some settings do not change system too much for my use.
