multiple languages - select input source shortcut

I''m using Ubuntu 20.04, I have multiple language installed and there are 2 predefined shortcuts to change the input source/language: super + space and left ctrl + left shift. I want to get rid of the second one, but it doesn't appear in the keyboard shortcuts. I don't know where it is defined and how to get rid of it.
