    backdoors in operative sytems and hardware.

    Intels so-called Managemet Engine (and similar functionality from AMD) is one of the reasons I stick to hardware as old as possible.
    Bringing old hardware back to life. About problems due to upgrading.

    I was thinking about starting to buy as old laptops as possible as well from now on.
