Holding key freezes the mouse cursor

So I tried playing Baldi’s Basics in Education and Learning, but when I hold a key it freezes the cursor. It isn't just in the game it's the entire system. Is there a way to disable that?

I found a solution by using dconf editor, I think Ubuntu developers should add a option to disable "freeze track-pad during typing"

I believe that it already exists; in the Mouse window, the Touchpad tab includes that option.
