Gee! These Aren't Roasted!
Lubuntu 18.04.2 LTS on a new Hp 64 bit laptop.
The Wifi works fine.
First time with hands on an Apple product.
The hp and Ipad recognize each other, and both report as connected after confirmation of the pass number.
But, no option to transfer files on the Hp, and then the fault message attached.
Is it me, a setup problem on the Hp or Ipad, or a another problem ?

At least it's a bug in Blueman.
I suggest that you get away from 18.04 and do a fresh install of Lubuntu 19.10. It's not worth the effort to struggle with old, buggy releases.
Bringing old hardware back to life. About problems due to upgrading.
