    Arrow It is not possible to reset this account's password.

    Hi, I'm having trouble setting up Ubuntu SSO on a new computer, I forgot my password on the old (still working) installation on the old laptop.
    Now I'm getting: "It is not possible to reset this account's password." when I try to reset the password at login.ubuntu.com.

    We do not manage the Ubuntu SSO login plataform, Canonical does, so I advise you to email their support at isd-support@canonical.com
