Could not Access my Account using "Ubuntu Single Sign-On Account"

I installed Ubuntu desktop 18.04.3 from two days ago, since installation i trying to register my ubuntu account through "Ubuntu Single Sign-On Account" but every time i try to connect i got a massage "Error Connecting to Ubuntu Single Sign-On Server : Something went wrong, please try again" and i tried to check the access through terminal by using " snap logon" which asked for registered mail then password and successfully connected. could anybody support with this problem as i wont to understand what is the problem

Do you have issues with Ubuntu SSO when logging into the forums?
If not I may have moved this to the wrong place

I accessed forums without any problem using Ubuntu SSO, the problem only existing with "Ubuntu Single Sign-On Account" Screen

Actual, i am not looking for Ubuntu SSO support as i can access my account through web and through terminal using "snap logon" i asked for support for one option available with ubuntu 18.04 distribution available under setting/ online accounts/ ubuntu single sign-on, when i using this option i getting the error which i mention before.
