Allow email notification options for new users

I have just created an account and i want to disable email notifications (i do that whenever i create any account). Being unable to disable email notifications is annoying. I don't know when i am going to post those 10 posts and i think that it should be allowed to disable email notifications as soon as an account is created.

Hello and welcome, as you probably have seen already this thread explains the reason for this limit which is very low by the way, you can get 10 posts by reporting spam or asking or answering support questions in a support sub-forum but they must not be spam posts just to get to ten posts in other words they must be well thought out and either try to answer a legitimate question or ask one that you need to solve .
