Secondary Monitor not working with USB to HDMI adapter

I recently bought a usb to HDMI adapter for my laptops. I had been running KDE Neon and was able to get the software to work on that distro, although the monitor had some severe lag. Moving over to Ubuntu, and yes I know KDE Neon is Ubuntu based, I though I would try it here. The problem is is that I have the software installed for the adapter but I can't access my secondary monitor. This is a pic of the display manager that comes with Ubuntu. You would think that it would have a visual design for the monitors but it doesn't and that is really confusing me. Is there another software to manage multi monitors?? I know I have to be doing something wrong here. Thanks in advance.

btw, the adapter is a Cable Matters Superspeed USB to HDMI and here is the link to the Ubuntu Drivers

Re: Secondary Monitor not working with USB to HDMI adapter

I was able to fix it. I just reinstalled Ubuntu and then the driver and that did the trick. I have no idea why, it just did. I'm happy, lol
