Kernel Panic Issue Ubuntu 18.04

Hi,

I am new to Linux. I am trying to use Ubuntu and i have downloaded Ubuntu 18.04 ISO.
I am trying to create a Ubuntu installation in VirtualBox using this ISO.
I have installed Oracle Virtualbox 6.0 and created a VDI. When i am trying to start using downloaded ISO i am getting Kernel Panic Issue.
Please assist how can i resolve this issue. Let me know if i am doing something wrong or more info is required for assisting.

I downloaded the ISO file once again. Same version i downloaded and this time it worked without any error.

Did you verify the download was perfect? https://tutorials.ubuntu.com/tutoria...erify-ubuntu#0 I also verify the write to media (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/In...IntegrityCheck) though I don't think you were using media (eg. thumb-drive)

I downloaded in windows using download manager. I performed MD5 and SHA checks on the downloaded file it was not matching and that's why i thought of downloading once again.
MD5 and SHA of new file are matching with details available on release site.
