Primary monitor bleeding into Secondary monitor.

Hey everyone. I recently got a second monitor AOC and whenever I connect it to my computer, maximizing any window makes it show up on the second screen's edge. I have attached a screenshot for clarification, when zoomed in, it looks like the primary monitor intersects slightly with my secondary monitor. Please help. Screenshot from 2019-11-25 00-33-01.jpg

That's part of the design. If an active window is at the edge of the screen, then a shadow will show on the other monitor, but only when that window is the active window.

Thanks! I had no idea that was the case. Is there any way to get rid of it? Or it's more of a "have to get used to it" kind of situation?
