    Question internet not working after changing from lan to usb modem

    Hi all,
    I'm kind of frustrated to see that internet connection doesn't work after switching off lan and plugging in usb modem. Seems my ubuntu doesn't like it. Works after reboot though (which is obviously not too convenient). Is it any known issue? How do I trace it so that you have more details and be able to advise?

    Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS

    Upd: what is the best way to reload networking on ubuntu 18.04 without reboot?
