    No wifi adapter found error

I've just downloaded ubuntu 18.04 and installed it on my Notebook HP stream. On this PC was installed windows 10 and wifi worked fine. During the installation of Ubuntu I couldn't click on the option "install third party..." (I don't remeber exactly but it was about drivers) but i don't know if it affected in someway the results. Now I get the error "No wifi adapter found" and I can't see wifi networks. I know that there are a lot of threads on that and I've been watching them for 2 days. I didn't find anything helpful.
    Thank you for your help

Re: No wifi adapter found error

I went to software&updates->additional drivers: before there wasn't anything, now I don't how and why but appeared a driver, I activated it and now all works fine.
Hope this solution will help someone.
