Possible Tiling in the Enlightenment Desktop?

Recently I've been trying out different Windows Managers, and I really seem to like the Enlightenment GUI. But I do like the i3 and Awesome GUIs for their Tiling Windows format.

I remember when I first installed enlightenment that it asked me whether I wanted to use the "Floating Windows" format or the "Tiling Windows" format.
Is there somewhere in the Settings Menu to change it back and forth from one to the other, depending on how I would like to use it at the time? Or even better, is there a keyboard
shortcut that will do this without me even having to go into the Settings Menu?

Knowing what version might help because the E17 version in the repository is dated and has missing modules and features. Newer full featured versions are available from PPA. Edit: If you choose to use a PPA to install E19 or E21 remove the repository version of E17 first if that is what you are using!

Thank You, Frogs Hair! This webpage you gave me looks like the info I'm needing! Thanks!

One question I do have after looking at this page ....

Under the "Short How-To > Settings" section of the page, I saw these two options:
    1. Enable floating split-mode:
Add a "Floating" mode to the split mode list. This essentially lets you be in a mode in which all windows opened are floating.
    2. The list: Enable/disable desktops you'd like to have tiling in.

What is the difference between these two options. Are they not doing the same thing?
If I choose to disable Tiling in Desktop #4, won't all of the windows opened on this desktop be in Floating mode?

I haven't installed any version Enlightenment recently , but I think they just moved the function from a module to a core feature of the OS.
