Looking for an SFTP Client for Android

I use SFTP to transfer files to and from laptop and desktop every day, but I'd like to do it from my phone as well.

Can anyone recommend an SFTP client for Android that they trust?

I will probably create a non-admin account to use for dropping files, since I don't trust phones very much.

I have a Synology NAS, so the Synology app means that file transfers to that are integrated with all the other apps on the phone, like the default file browser and the Photos app.

If you've already got SFTP set up, you should just be able to use any web browser to do it, though, just by pointing it at your server, I think.

I do use JuiceSSH for general SSH stuff from my phone, and that works well.

I use Total Commander, which, as the name suggests, is a bit like Midnight Commander. A number of plugins can be installed, including SFTP, and, yes, it can be set up to use SSH keys. I've used it for a few years now.
