    Constant Hard Drive Activity

Hi there, I do not know if anyone else is experiencing this or not. When I log into Facebook everything works normally for a while, then sometimes after scrolling down someways the computer starts to run constantly to the hard drive. This continues until some time after I have closed the Facebook window. Then the computer functions normally again most of the time. I am using Debian 10 Buster and have several privacy addons in the Firefox web browser such as CanvasBlocker, HTTPS Everywhere, NoScript, Adblock Plus, Privacy Badger, Facebook Container, Decentraleyes, etc.

It seems to happen almost exclusively with Facebook.

Does Facebook start to do memory to drive swapping after a while or what is it doing that it would not stop until after Facebook tab has been closed for a while.
