Ubuntu Start Probmel After shut down

Guys after shut down ubuntu ,ubuntu stuck at loading ,not starting user panel for authorization.
if i press restart manual or auto ubuntu starting well.
what the problem ? 19.10 19.04 problems is same.

Rather than shutting down, you can just suspend your computer, which uses FAR less power, and comes right back up when you turn it back on, just like closing a laptop.

There is, in the Shutdown menu, suspend is right there, for desktops and laptops.

Then, you shouldn't have to have trouble at a cold boot with it starting.
