x-fi titainum no sound

i have a creative sound blaster x-fi titanium. all of a sudden i stopped getting sound system wide. i tried a bunch of things even upgrading to ubuntu 19.10 early. what can i do to get sound back in ubuntu?

i found alot of stuff online but couldnt get it to work still didnt want to but im asking for help

so i plugged my speakers into the built in audio port. now i have sound but its not as good. but i have sound so somethings working but then somethings not like the driver im guessing that came with ubuntu is just not working right now. what should be my next step?
