Ubuntu 19.04 randonly freezes with textual startup

    Hi,

I've been having this weird issue with Ubuntu where the system would randomly freeze. The mouse stops responding and keyboard doesn't respond etc... I've tried pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 and Ctrl+Alt+F2 and the system wouldn't respond to that either. Any ideas on this problem?

There's been another weird problem I've been encountering every time I boot into Ubuntu, instead of the normal login GUI you'd expect I get a weird log thing that shows up. In order to exit that I usually press Ctrl+Alt+F1 and then Ctrl+Alt+F2 to exit. Here's the link to the photos of this problem https://imgur.com/a/FZjtjA5.
I also want to add that before I installed proprietary Nvidia 430.50 drivers followed by blacklisting nouveau and modeset 0, the boot was working fine the textual boot problem showed up after I those drivers.

    My PC specs are: Intel i7-8700K | Nvidia RTX 2080 | 16GB G.Skill RAM | 240GB Storage for Ubuntu | 1TB HDD | 16GB of Swap area | Nvidia 430.40 Linux x64 Display Driver
