Playing .MOV video with video slower than audio

Hi all,
I'm playing a .MOV video on my ubuntu computer.
If I watch the video (no matter with which palyer) I found I'm listening to a regular audio stream, but the video streaming is very slow!

It looks like the OP is trying to play video from a camera, and I'm telling the OP to make sure camera's firmware is up to date.
